Common use of Check-Off Forms Clause in Contracts

Check-Off Forms. During the life of this Agreement and in accordance with the terms of the form of Authorization of Check-Off Dues, the Employer agrees to deduct Union membership dues and voluntary assessments levied in accordance with the Constitution and By-laws of the Union from the pay of each Employee who executes or has executed an "Authorization for Check-Off of Dues" form or a comparable service fee form.
