Cheque and List to Union. All deductions made under the provisions of Article 5.02 will be remitted monthly to the Treasurer of the Union together with a list of the employees from whom the deduction was made. The Union will save the Employer harmless from any and all claims which may be made against the Employer for amounts deducted from employee's pay as herein provided.
