Chief Anchor. It is agreed that should the Employer require a reduction in the workforce, full-time employees laid off shall be entitled to those hours held by part-time employees and students not to regularly exceed twenty-four (24) hours per week and not to commence until the eight (8) week in lieu of notice period has expired.
