Common use of Chief Executive Officer and President Clause in Contracts

Chief Executive Officer and President. The Chief Executive Officer, or if there be none, the President shall be the chief executive officer of the Corporation. Subject to the supervision of the Board of Directors, the Chief Executive Officer and, subject to the supervision of the Chief Executive Officer, the President shall have general charge of the business, affairs and property of the Corporation and shall have control over its officers, agents, and employees.
