Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The Chief Executive Officer is accountable to the Board of Directors: (a) for the management of the operations of the OEB; (b) for the approval of policies, codes, and rules for the energy sectors the OEB regulates under the Act or other applicable Legislation; and (c) for such duties as may be assigned to the CEO under the Act, OEB bylaws, and this Memorandum.

Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is accountable to the Board of Directors: (a) for the management and administration of the operations Agency, the supervision of Agency staff, and carrying out the roles and responsibilities assigned by the Board, the Agency’s Constituting instrument, this MOU, and Government directives. The CEO works under the direction of the OEB; (b) for Chair to implement policy and operational decisions.
