Common use of Chief Union Xxxxxxx Provisions Clause in Contracts

Chief Union Xxxxxxx Provisions. (1) With respect to lay-offs only, the Chief Xxxxxxx shall head the seniority list during the term of office in the Union. (2) During the Chief Xxxxxxx’x term of office, he/she will perform his/her regular duties as well as the duties of a Chief Xxxxxxx as required.
