Common use of Child Without Special Needs Clause in Contracts

Child Without Special Needs. A qualifying adoptive employee who adopts a child 41 within the Florida child welfare system who does not have special needs is eligible to 42 receive a lump-sum monetary benefit in the amount of $5,000.00 per child, subject to 43 applicable taxes.

Child Without Special Needs. A qualifying adoptive employee who adopts a child 41 10 within the Florida child welfare system who does not have special needs is eligible to 42 11 receive a lump-sum monetary benefit in the amount of $5,000.00 per such child, subject 12 to 43 applicable taxes.

Child Without Special Needs. A qualifying adoptive employee who adopts a child 41 46 within the Florida child welfare system who does not have special needs is eligible to 42 1 receive a lump-sum monetary benefit in the amount of $5,000.00 per such child, 2 subject to 43 applicable taxes.

Child Without Special Needs. A qualifying adoptive employee who 24 adopts a child 41 within the Florida child welfare system who does not have 25 special needs is eligible to 42 receive a lump-sum monetary benefit in the 26 amount of $5,000.00 per such child, subject to 43 applicable taxes.
