Children with Disabilities - Attainment of Limiting Age. Attainment of the limiting age by an eligible dependent child will not operate to exclude from or terminate the coverage of such child while such child is, and continues to be, both: i. incapable of self-sustaining employment by reason of mental retardation or physical handicap; and ii. chiefly dependent upon the Subscriber for support and maintenance, provided proof of such incapacity and dependency is furnished to AvMed by the Subscriber within 30 days after the date the child attains the limiting age and subsequently as may be required by AvMed, but not more frequently than annually after the two-year period following the child's attainment of the limiting age.

  • Compliance with Americans with Disabilities Act Contractor shall provide the Services in a manner that complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), including but not limited to Title II’s program access requirements, and all other applicable federal, state and local disability rights legislation.
