Chinese translation. The First Owner shall at his own cost provide a direct translation in Chinese of this Deed and deposit a copy of this Deed and the Chinese translation in the management office within one month from the date hereof for inspection by all Owners free of costs and for taking of copies by the Owners at their expense and upon payment of a reasonable charge. All charges received must be credited to the Special Fund. In the event of any dispute arising out of the interpretation of the Chinese translation and the English version of this Deed, the English version of this Deed approved by the Director of Lands shall prevail.
Chinese translation. (a) The First Owner shall at its own cost provide a direct translation in Chinese of this Deed. The First Owner shall deposit a copy of this Deed and the Chinese translation in the management office within one (1) month after the execution of this Deed for inspection by the Owners free of charge. The Manager shall upon request of any Owner and upon payment of a reasonable charge provide a copy of this Deed and/or the Chinese translation to such Ownerfor taking copies at their expense. Any charge received therefrom shall be credited into the Special Fund. In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese translation or summary and the English version of this Deed, the English version shall prevail.
(b) The First Owner must deposit a copy of Schedules 7 and 8 to the BMO (English and Chinese versions) in the management office for reference by all Owners free of costs and for taking copies at their own expense and upon payment of a reasonable charge. All charges received must be credited to the Special Fund.

(b) The location of the management office of the Development shall be designated by the Manager and may be re-designated to other location in the following manner :-
(i) if there is an Owners' Committee, by a resolution of the Owners' Committee; or
(ii) where there is no Owners' Committee, by a resolution of the Owners passed at an Owners' meeting convened under this Xxxx.

A copy of this Deed or its Chinese translation or both shall be supplied by the Manager to an Owner on request and upon payment of a reasonable charge. All charges received shall be credited to the Special Fund. In the event of dispute as to the effect or construction of this Deed and its Chinese translation, the English text of this Deed shall prevail.
