CIRCULATION OF AGREEMENTS REACHED. Matters discussed by the Labour Management Committee shall be recorded and signed by one (1) designated representative of Management and Union. Any memoranda or recommendations reached by this Committee shall be passed to the Executive Committee for information, review and/or decision. Nothing shall be done by the Committee to change the terms and conditions of this agreement.
