Citizenship Court. An employee shall be granted one-half (½) day leave with pay to attend at the Citizenship Court of Canada on the day the employee is to become a Canadian citizen, provided such appearance at Citizenship Court is on their working day during their regular hours of work. 8.03.02 Leave Without Pay 02.01 An employee elected as a delegate to Union conventions, seminars or training sessions, shall be granted leave of absence without pay.
