Common use of City Communications and Policies Clause in Contracts

City Communications and Policies. Grantee shall keep HSH informed and comply with City policies to minimize harm and risk, including: 1. Regular communication to HSH about the implementation of the program; 2. Attendance of quarterly HSH meetings as needed such as, but not limited to hearings on issues related to homelessness1;and 3. Attendance of trainings, as requested. 1 If the Grantee supervisor has questions about whether or not attending the meeting/hearing in question is within the scope of services, the supervisor shall contact the HSH Family Emergency Services Manager or a designee for clarification.
