City Facilities Repair. For the City Facilities and Property, Licensee agrees to repair or replace to Licensor’s reasonable satisfaction any facilities or property Licensor reasonably determines (i) has been damaged, destroyed, or defaced by Licensee or its agents, representatives, or contractors, or (ii) is otherwise injured as a result of work performed by Licensee or its agents, representatives, or contractors. If Licensee fails to make any required repairs within ten (10) Business Days of receiving written notice from Licensor, Licensor may, at its option, terminate this Agreement upon ten (10) Days written notice to Licensee unless such repairs is completed to the reasonable satisfaction of Licensor within such ten (10) Day period.
