Common use of City Inquiries Clause in Contracts

City Inquiries. The Owner hereby irrevocably authorizes the City to make such inquiries as it considers necessary with the Owner, any strata corporation or otherwise in order to confirm that the Owner and any occupiers of any part of the Lands are complying with this Agreement, and irrevocably authorizes and directs the recipient of the request for information from the City to provide such information to the City.
