Common use of CITY MANAGEMENT Clause in Contracts

CITY MANAGEMENT. City Engineer shall represent City in all matters pertaining to the administration of this Agreement, review and approval of all products submitted by Consultant, but not including the authority to enlarge the Tasks to Be Performed or change the compensation due to Consultant. City's City Manager shall be authorized to act on City's behalf and to execute all necessary documents which enlarge the Tasks to Be Performed or change Consultant's compensation, subject to Section 5 hereof.
