Common use of City Manager Approval Clause in Contracts

City Manager Approval. The parties acknowledge that the parties may need to execute one or more amendments to this Agreement which shall provide greater detail with respect to the rights, duties and obligations of each party. The approval of this Agreement by the City will authorize the City Manager to execute amendments to this Agreement that are in furtherance of the terms and conditions contained herein.

City Manager Approval. The parties City and SHP acknowledge and agree that the parties may need to execute one or more amendments to this Agreement or additional agreements which shall provide greater detail with respect to the rights, duties and obligations of each party. The approval of this Agreement by the City will authorize the City Manager to execute amendments to this Agreement that are in furtherance of the terms and conditions contained herein.

The parties City and Developer acknowledge and agree that the parties may need to execute one or more amendments to this Agreement which shall provide greater detail with respect to the rights, duties and obligations of each party. The approval of this Agreement Developer by the City will authorize the City Manager to execute amendments to this Agreement that are in furtherance of the terms and conditions contained herein.

The approval of this Agreement by the City will authorize hereby authorizes the City Manager to execute amendments to this Agreement that are in furtherance of the terms and conditions contained herein.
