City May Request Sample Clauses

City May Request. The City may, by giving written notice to the Consultant, be entitled to request amendments to the Requirements. Upon receipt of such notice, the Consultant will, as soon as practicable and in no event later than 10 days after receipt of such notice, inform the City of any adjustments to the Contract Price, either increasing or decreasing the Contract Price, that would be necessitated by such change in the Requirements, or will notify the City’s Designated Representative that no adjustment is appropriate. If adjustments to the Contract Price are necessary and the City’s Designated Representative confirms in writing that such adjustments are acceptable to it, the Requirements and the Contract Price will then be deemed to be amended as agreed by the City’s Designated Representative.
