City Non-Discrimination. The City will not interfere with, or discriminate in respect to any term or condition of employment against, any Employee because of membership in the Union, or because of any legitimate activity pursuant to this Agreement by the individual Employee or the Union on behalf of its members, nor will the City encourage membership in any other Employee employment bargaining organization.
