CITY OF ORIGINATION. The term “city of origination” shall mean the greater metropolitan area of the MANAGEMENT’s principal business location.
CITY OF ORIGINATION. The term “City of Origination” shall mean Denver, Colorado.
CITY OF ORIGINATION the term “city of origination” shall mean the City of New York.
CITY OF ORIGINATION. CITY OF ORIGINATION shall be defined as Kansas City, Missouri. An engagement will be considered outside the City of Origination if such engagement takes place more than a radius of forty five (45) miles from the Kansas City Ballet studios.
CITY OF ORIGINATION. The City of Origination is Boston, Massachusetts. An engagement will be considered outside Boston, Massachusetts, if such engagement takes place more than a radius of seventy-five (75) miles from the company’s point of in-city departure.
CITY OF ORIGINATION. The greater metropolitan area of the EMPLOYER’s principal business location.
i. CLASSIFICATION OF ROLES: The terms “leading roles”, “featured roles”, “supporting roles”, and “solo bit roles” shall apply to ARTISTS engaged to perform such roles as found in “Classification of Roles” as promulgated by AGMA. EMPLOYER and AGMA will jointly decide by a mutually agreeable date the role classification and minimum chorus size for new works.
j. CORE CHORISTER: One of a minimum of twenty-four (24) CHORISTERS guaranteed seasonal engagement in the Season for all Operas with Choristers (appropriate to voice type).
CITY OF ORIGINATION. The term "City of Origination" shall mean the city of Atlanta. An engagement will be considered outside the City of Origination if such engagement takes place more than a radius of twenty-five (25) miles from 0000 Xxxxxxxx Xxxx. NW, Atlanta, GA 30318.
CITY OF ORIGINATION. The term “City of Origination” shall be defined as the seven (7) State of Colorado counties (Adams, Arapahoe, Boulder, Broomfield, Denver, Douglas and Xxxxxxxxx Counties) which comprise the regional tax district of the Scientific and Cultural Facilities District (SCFD) and in which and whereas EMPLOYER maintains its affiliation. An engagement will be considered outside the City of Origination if such engagement takes place outside of the SCFD counties. [See definition of Run-Out in 15(aa) below]
CITY OF ORIGINATION. The term “city of origination” shall mean the city of San Francisco proper. An engagement will be considered outside the city of origination if such engagement takes place outside the city limits of San Francisco.
