City Payment for Professional Dues and Subscriptions. The City agrees to pay for professional dues necessary for national, regional, state and local associations and organizations the City determines are appropriate. The City retains the sole discretion to discontinue these payments when deemed no longer appropriate without further bargaining obligation.
