Internal Promotion. Client will actively promote the use of the HR3 Site to the Employees and the human resource department personnel responsible for benefit plan enrollment and administration and selected inter-company human resources communications.
Internal Promotion. 1) The Employer will make every effort to promote senior employees. An internal department employee who is awarded a promotional vacancy will be given a sixty (60) calendar day probation period. An external department employee who is awarded a promotional vacancy will be given a ninety (90) calendar day probation period. The employee will be provided adequate supervision and training to enable the employee to qualify for the position on a permanent basis. If the employee fails to perform the duties of the position or chooses to be returned to his prior position and pay rate any time prior to the end of the probationary period the position, and the vacant position will then be filled with the next qualified candidate from the previous posting.
2) Department promotions within the same classification will not require a probation period. New hires that are under probation when the promotion occurs will not serve additional probation time over the original probation period.
Internal Promotion. All employees promoted internally shall serve a four (4) month probationary period in their new position. In the even the Employer makes a determination that an employee is not qualified, the applicant shall have the right to appeal through the normal grievance procedure.

Internal Promotion i) The normal period of probation for a serving officer appointed to any higher job grade I designated position such as Credit Officers, Credit Quality Control Officers, Corporate Banking Officers, Commercial Banking Officers and other positions in the credit family shall not exceed six (6) months. Upon satisfactory completion of the period of probation, the Bank shall notify in writing to the probationer that he is being confirmed in his new job grade. In the absence of such notice, the probationer shall be deemed be confirmed in his new job grade on completion of six (6) months period of probation from the date of appointment.
ii) During the period of probation, the officer shall be paid the salary appropriate to the promoted grade.
