Common use of CITY RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Clause in Contracts

CITY RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES. (a) The City shall reasonably cooperate with the Contractor in a timely fashion at no cost to the Contractor as set forth in this Section. (b) The City shall furnish a City designated representative to administer, review, and coordinate the provision of services under each Work Order.
