Common use of City Training and Testing Clause in Contracts

City Training and Testing. (Applies to SB1, SC1, and SD1 only) At least biannually, the City shall offer unit members approved by the City the opportunity to prepare for the DMV Class A and/or Class B Driver’s License exam by participating in the City’s Class A and/or Class B Driver’s License Training Program (“Program”). The first training will begin within one hundred and twenty (120) days after ratification of this Agreement. The subsequent biannual training will begin Spring 2011.
