City Vehicle for Emergency Use. Employees who are regular members of a City recognized car pool, who are qualified to operate a City vehicle, who are insured, and who have no other alternative in an emergency situation, may request a City vehicle where the health or safety of a family member is at stake, subject to the approval of their department head.
