Civil and Military Leaves. Leave of absence with pay shall be granted faculty who are required to serve on jury duty. Faculty members shall not be required to reimburse the institution for any compensation received for such civil duty. The administration of military leave for all public employees is governed by RCW 38.40.060 and Uniform Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA).
