CIVIL RIGHTS AND EQUAL OPPORTUNITY IN EMPLOYMENT. The Consultant agrees, during the performance of the services under this Agreement, that the Consultant shall provide all services and activities required in a manner that complies with the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, Public Law 93-1122, Section 504, the provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, Public Law 101-336 [S.933], and all other federal and state laws, rules, regulations, and orders pertaining to equal opportunity in employment, as if the Consultant were an entity bound to comply with these laws. The Consultant shall not discriminate against any applicant for employment, employee, or other person on the basis of race, color, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, age, national origin or handicapped condition and shall provide reasonable accommodations for disabilities as required by the Americans with Disabilities Act as amended. In accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
