Civil Rights and Nondiscrimination. Grantee assures all grant projects provided by Grantee shall comply with all applicable nondiscrimination requirements, including, but not limited to, Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, 42 U.S.C. §2000(d) et seq.; Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended, 29 U.S.C. §794; Subtitle A, Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, as amended, 42 U.S.C. §12131 et seq.; Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, as amended, 20 U.S.C. §1681 et seq.; the Age Discrimination Act of 1975, 42 U.S.C. §6101 et seq.; U.S. Department of Justice Nondiscrimination Regulations, 28 C.F.R. Part 42, Subparts C, D, E, and G; and U.S. Department of Justice regulations on disability discrimination, 28 C.F.R. Part 35 and Part 39 administrative requirements.
