Civil Service Classifications. (1) For civil service classifications the City will provide proposed job classifications to the Association not less than fifteen (15) days prior to submission to the Civil Service Board. (2) The Association and the City shall meet prior to submission of the proposed descriptions to the Civil Service Board and shall make every reasonable effort to reach agreement on a joint proposal to the Civil Service Board.
