Common use of Claims Against Employer Clause in Contracts

Claims Against Employer. Any description of insurance benefits contained in this Article is intended to be informational only and the eligibility for benefits shall be governed by the terms of the insurance plan and not by this Agreement. The Employer’s only obligation is to pay such amounts as agreed to herein and no claim shall be made against the Employer as a result of a denial of insurance benefits by the insurance plan administrator, except in case of error by the Employer in reporting information to the administrator.
