Claims Before and After January 1, 2024. For individuals who participated in a City plan for plan year 2023 and who switch to the Fund plan as of January 1, 2024, the insurance claims incurred prior to January 1, 2024, will be the responsibility of the City Plan in which the member participated, and insurance claims incurred on or after January 1, 2024, will be the responsibility of the Fund plan

  • Requirements Pertaining Only to Federal Grants and Subrecipient Agreements If this Agreement is a grant that is funded in whole or in part by Federal funds:

  • Anniversary Date A regular employee’s initial date of current employment with the Employer as a regular employee shall be her anniversary date for the purpose of determining benefits and for the purpose of determining increment anniversary date.
