Claims for Back Wages. All claims for back wages shall be limited to the amount of wages that the employee would have otherwise earned, less any compensation that he/she may have earnedreceived from other employment during the period for which back pay is claimed. This provision shall not apply to part-time or supplemental employment held prior to the period for which back pay is claimed.
