Common use of Claims for Payment Clause in Contracts

Claims for Payment. All claims by Contractor for compensation or extension of time under Sections 20.1 and 20.4 must be made within forty-five (45) days after the Work has been terminated or the suspension period has ended, respectively. Failure of Contractor to make such claim within said period shall be deemed a waiver by Contractor of any such claims.
