Clarification on Time Limits of the Grievance Procedure. The time limits and steps specified above may be waived by mutual agreement of the parties to the grievance. If the District fails to meet the time limits specified in Steps 1 through 3 above, the grievance will automatically move to the next step. If a grievant fails to meet the time limits specified in Steps 1 through 5 above, the grievance will be deemed to have been settled and withdrawn.
