Prevailing Section. To the extent that any provision of this Section (Section 14 – Health and Welfare, Life and Dental Care) is inconsistent with any provision of any other County or District enactment or policy, including but not limited to Administrative Bulletins, the Salary Regulations, the Personnel Management Regulations, or any other resolution or order of the Board of Supervisors, the provision(s) of this Section (Section 14 – Health and Welfare, Life and Dental Care) will prevail.

To the extent that any provision of this Section (Section 20 Health, Life & Dental Care) is inconsistent with any provision of any other County enactment or policy, including but not limited to Administrative Bulletins, the Salary Regulations, the Personnel Management Regulations, or any other agreement or order of the Board of Supervisors, the provision(s) of this Section (Section 20 - Health, Life & Dental Care) will prevail.

To the extent that any provision of this Section (Section 17 – Medical, Dental, and Life Insurance) is inconsistent with any provision of any other County enactment or policy, including but not limited to Administrative Bulletins, the Salary Regulations, the Personnel Management Regulations, or any other resolution or order of the Board of Supervisors, the provision(s) of this Section (Section 17 – Medical, Dental, and Life Insurance) will prevail.
