Common use of Clarification: Reductions as Credits Taught Clause in Contracts

Clarification: Reductions as Credits Taught. Each one semester hour credit reduction in the normal teaching workload that is provided to faculty members as required by this Agreement shall be counted as one semester hour credit taught for purposes of calculating overload. This subparagraph “c” is a clarification of an existing practice and/or interpretation of this Agreement; it is not intended to change in any pre-existing respect any term or condition of employment.
