Common use of CLASS A AND CLASS B DRIVER’S LICENSE REIMBURSEMENT Clause in Contracts

CLASS A AND CLASS B DRIVER’S LICENSE REIMBURSEMENT. ‌ 151. For the duration of this agreement, employees who have been employed for six (6) months or more in a 1414 classification and are required to obtain and maintain a California Class A or Class B Driver’s License and/or endorsement as a condition of employment, shall be reimbursed for the fees that are required to obtain or renew such license no later than ninety (90) days after submitting verification of fees paid. The employee must submit the required documentation for reimbursement no later than six (6) months from when the fees were charged.
