Class Size Limits. Class sizes are established as follows: a) Lecture Courses: The number of students shall be determined in accordance with the pedagogical goals of the Course with a maximum of fifty (50). However, when the number of students in a given Course section exceeds fifty (50), the compensation provided for in paragraph a) of clause 16.03 shall apply.
