The employee(s) and administration are aware that classrooms occasionally become overcrowded and that this overcrowding is a factor in the quality of education for students and working conditions for employees. In an effort to resolve the overcrowding concern, the following class size limits will be established. The maximum number of students per class as reported in the negotiated contract will be adhered to year around.
