Class Z Accrual Amount. On each Distribution Date prior to the Class Z Accrual Termination Date: (i) the Class Z Accrual Amount for such Distribution Date shall not be distributed as interest to the Holders of the Class Z Certificates; (ii) an amount equal to the Class Z Accrual Amount shall be added to the Class Z Balance on such Distribution Date, and the Class Z Accrual Amount shall be distributed as principal as follows: 60% to the Holders of the Class V Certificates and 40% to the Holders of the Class C Certificates until the Class Balance of either thereof is reduced to zero; and thereafter 100% to the Holders of the Class V Certificates or the Class C Certificates, whichever remains outstanding, until the Class Balance thereof is reduced to zero. After the Class Z Accrual Termination Date, the Z Accrual Amount shall be distributed as interest to the Holders of the Class Z Certificates.

  • Interest Accrual Each Class of Notes will accrue interest on its Note Balance for each Interest Period until the Note Balance has been paid in full at a rate per annum equal to its Note Interest Rate for that Interest Period. Interest on the Class A-1 and Class A-2b Notes will be calculated for each Interest Period on the basis of the actual number of days in the Interest Period and a 360-day year.   • Leave Accrual After the first 30 days of active military service in any one calendar year, employees shall not accrue City-paid vacation, holiday, or sick leave benefits or other forms of paid leave; provided, however, that any public employee on military leave for intermittent training periods shall continue to accrue the same vacation, sick, and holiday leave up to a maximum period of 180 cumulative days per calendar year as if the employee had not been on military leave.
