Classification Descriptions. 5.3.1 The duties and responsibilities of the members of the classified employees shall be fixed and prescribed in the classification description as approved for each class by the Governing Board.
5.3.2 Classification descriptions will be maintained and made available on-line and in a separate manual.
5.3.3 Within the limits of its resources, the Board will create and establish a sufficient number of positions to adequately care for all phases of the District's classified operations, and shall set the hours and days to be worked in each position. A sufficient number of qualified persons will, to the best of the Board's ability, be employed to fill all such positions.
5.3.4 Classification descriptions may be found in the “Employment Section” of the District’s website. Any necessary modifications to unit class descriptions will be modified with AFSCME's agreement.
Classification Descriptions. During the life of this Agreement classification descriptions may be evaluated, revised, established or deleted.
Classification Descriptions. At its discretion, the company will determine which classification an Employee will be graded into based on the operational requirements of the business and the skills, performance and experience of the Employee. In order to engage Employees that are not defined in this structure, the Company may classify an Employee into this structure at an appropriate Level.
Classification Descriptions. These Classification Descriptions are the general descriptions for the different job classifications. Individual position descriptions shall be established by the Employer. Individual position descriptions, while not attached to this Agreement, shall be considered part of this Agreement once they are implemented.
Classification Descriptions. For job classification and hourly pay rate purposes, the following general descriptions and provisions shall apply:
Classification Descriptions. Audio Visual Technician: An employee who meets the qualifications of a library technician and is Community Educational requirements in accordance with the Ministry School Co-ordinator: of Education.
Classification Descriptions. Individual classification descriptions shall be reduced to writing and shall delineate the duties assigned to an employee’s position. A dated copy of the classification description shall be given to the employee upon assuming the position and at such time the classification description is amended.
Classification Descriptions. Classification descriptions in Information Appendix A to this agreement shall set forth the required qualifications and competencies for each classification.
Classification Descriptions. The Employer and Employer-Courts shall provide the Chapter Chairperson and employees with a classification description of their jobs.
Classification Descriptions. 17.1 Employees (other than trainees) will be classified under one of the classifications specified in clauses 17.2.
17.2 An Employee who is engaged by Xxxxx the Grocer Adelaide will work in one of the following classifications:
(a) Senior Cook – principal duties include food preparation requiring a higher level of independence, and qualifications and or experience considered relevant by Xxxxx the Grocer Adelaide.
(b) Xxxx’x Assistant - principal duties include food preparation and assisting the Senior Cook.
(c) Kitchen Hand – principal duties include basic food preparation, cleaning and assisting the Senior Cook and Xxxx’x Assistant.
