Program Assistant. Job duties include but are not limited to: • Working with the Director on all general office management support. • Providing logistical support, typing, document review for content and format, filing, files maintenance, photocopying, scheduling meetings/rooms, and calendar management. • Creating, organizing and maintaining new contract files (electronic and hard copy). • Communicating with vendors and subrecipients on monthly reports and requirements. • Filing correspondence and other documents related to ongoing projects. • Entering, tracking and following up on contract report deadlines and deliverables. Program Manager Job duties include but are not limited to: • Soliciting program eligible development projects. • Reviewing proposals/applications for program eligibility, feasibility and other funding criteria and providing recommendations/financial analysis for review by management. • Providing technical assistance to potential applicants and grantees including interpreting program regulations and policy as needed. • Assisting in developing policies and procedures for implementing, monitoring, and ensuring compliance for all programs. • Overseeing the administration of grants to ensure recipients comply with Federal and State statutes and regulations and GOSR program requirements and policies such as the processing of grant agreements, request for release of funds, request for funds, budget modifications, program amendments, annual performance reports and grant closeouts. • May perform on-site monitoring to ensure compliance with program policy and procedures and prepare required monitoring reports. • Supporting the Program Director in overseeing third-party implementers, including: o Serving as a primary point of contact for third-party teams working on issues in portfolio • Performing program-related analysis and policy issues associated with recovery and resiliency.
Program Assistant. Under the direction of licensed staff, a program assistant supports the daily functions of the assigned program and work site. The assignment may be a classroom or classrooms or other program support function.

Program Assistant. If the primary purpose of a TOSA is to provide administrative assistance to a building principal, i.e., Program Assistant/Xxxx of Students, the job duration shall be a minimum of two (2) years, given satisfactory evaluations, adequate funding and enrollment. Program Assistant positions of 0.5 FTE or greater will be selected by principal with input from certificated staff. At the completion of two years with satisfactory evaluation and each year thereafter, the principal may elect to retain the Program Assistant or open the position for other candidates. Program Assistant FTE of 0.5 and greater shall only be utilized by non-administrative certificated staff. For Program Assistant FTE less than 0.5, the FTE must first be offered to non-administrative certificated staff. If the FTE remains unfilled, the FTE may be offered to other staff or utilized for approved purposes. Program Assistants remain members of the bargaining unit and retain all contractual rights.

  • Educational Assistants Teachers are responsible to assign instructional duties to Educational Assistants who are allocated to students in their classroom by the Principal.

  • EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM The District’s Educational Assistance Program will be continued during the life of this Agreement. Employees who wish to enroll in job-related and promotion oriented courses, which will improve their job knowledge, and performance will be compensated by the District for expenses as follows:

  • Dependent Care Assistance Program The County offers the option of enrolling in a Dependent Care Assistance Program (DCAP) designed to qualify for tax savings under Section 129 of the Internal Revenue Code, but such savings are not guaranteed. The program allows employees to set aside up to five thousand dollars ($5,000) of annual salary (before taxes) per calendar year to pay for eligible dependent care (child and elder care) expenses. Any unused balance is forfeited and cannot be recovered by the employee.

  • Emergency Assistance Both Parties shall exercise due diligence to avoid or mitigate an Emergency to the extent practical in accordance with applicable requirements imposed by the Standards Authority or contained in the PJM Tariffs and NYISO Tariffs. In avoiding or mitigating an Emergency, both Parties shall strive to allow for commercial remedies, but if commercial remedies are not successful or practical, the Parties agree to be the suppliers of last resort to maintain reliability on the system. For each hour during which Emergency conditions exist in a Party’s Balancing Authority Area, that Party (while still ensuring operations within applicable Reliability Standards) shall determine what commercial remedies are available and make use of those that are practical and needed to avoid or mitigate the Emergency before any Emergency Energy is scheduled in that hour.

  • Teaching Assistants 1. All Teaching Assistants shall receive the same remuneration per base unit and the difference between the amount paid a Graduate Teaching Assistant and other Teaching Assistants is an associated scholarship. See XIII D. for appropriate compensation.

  • Directory Assistance Service shall provide up to two listing requests per call, if available and if requested by Freedom's End User. BellSouth shall provide caller- optional directory assistance call completion service at rates set forth in BellSouth's General Subscriber Services Tariff to one of the provided listings.

  • Volunteer Peer Assistants 1. Up to eight (8)

  • Study Assistance An employee who is approved by Australia Post as a student to undertake a course of study or a short course of instruction may be granted reimbursement in full or in part of fees incurred for the course.

  • Training Assistance (a) Employees shall be reimbursed for one hundred percent (100%) of the tuition for job-related courses approved by the Employer.

  • Educational Assistance To qualify for reimbursement, an employee must be a regular employee upon enrollment. To be approved, the courses described below must be related to the employee's present position or career development:
