Classification Descriptions. At its discretion, the company will determine which classification an Employee will be graded into based on the operational requirements of the business and the skills, performance and experience of the Employee. In order to engage Employees that are not defined in this structure, the Company may classify an Employee into this structure at an appropriate Level.
