Classification Level. 1.1 The employer shall ensure that all existing and new employees are assessed and assigned the appropriate classification level in accordance with classification criteria specified in Schedules 1 and 2. 1.2 The initial assignment shall be completed within three months from the date of the lodgement of the Agreement with a retrospective date of operation being the first full pay period after that lodgement date. 1.3 For all existing employees being transferred to the new classification structure the applicable date for annual increments in accordance with clause 8.3 shall be from the first pay period to commence on or after the anniversary dates of the lodgement date.
