SUPPLY OF TOOLS. 40.1 The company will supply all employees, including those on regular daily hire smoothedge and adhesives.
SUPPLY OF TOOLS. 4.13.1 Apprentices (including part-time and school-based apprentices) shall be provided with tools of trade in accordance with the relevant orders and decisions of the Commission.
SUPPLY OF TOOLS. The Employer shall supply, and maintain in safe working order, tools and equipment required by the Employer to be used by employees in the performance of their duties.
SUPPLY OF TOOLS. 40.1 The company will supply all those on regular daily hire smoothedge and adhesives or as mutually agreed between the parties when it can be demonstrated a RDH employee profits by supplying such goods.
SUPPLY OF TOOLS. The Board shall supply all full-time trades employees classified as Shop Supervisor, electrician, plumber, xxxxxxxxx or millwright, with the necessary hand tools used in performing their duties. The following conditions shall govern the supply and maintenance of tools:
(a) the Employer, in consultation with the various trade personnel, shall determine the tools required by each trades employee;
(b) each trades employee shall sign for the kit of tools issued;
(c) each trades employee shall be responsible for the care of their own kit of tools. Tools lost or broken through misuse shall be replaced by the employee unless otherwise recommended by the Supervisor.
(d) A trades employee shall obtain the Supervisor's authorization if tools are borrowed for personal use.
SUPPLY OF TOOLS. The Employer will supply any mechanical tools that may be required by employees in the performance of their duties.
SUPPLY OF TOOLS. (a) Bunnings will provide team members with all necessary tools, implements, measuring instruments and plant to carry out their duties.
(b) The team member shall replace or pay for any tool etc. so provided which is lost, wilfully damaged or destroyed through the team member’s negligence.
SUPPLY OF TOOLS. The Company agrees to supply tools required to employees, save and except Tool and Die Maker, Electrician and Motor Mechanic. In the case of Tool and Die Maker, Electrician and Motor Mechanic, the Company will repair and/or replace broken and/or damaged tools.
