Classification Payment Principles. (1) Team members performing duties in a higher level for a minimum of one hour or more continuously will receive payment at the higher rate for actual hours worked whilst performing such duties, except team members providing supervision who will be paid in accordance with subparagraph 5.1.8 (3) of this Agreement.
