DRESS AND PRESENTATION STANDARDS. 22.1 When at work employees shall be dressed in a neat, tidy and business like manner at all times. Any make-up and or jewellery worn by the employee shall also be in keeping with business like standards.
22.2 Where employees agree to wear preferred dress, they shall at all times dress in accordance with Myer’ preferred dress policy as advised to employees from time to time.
22.3 Where an employee chooses not to wear preferred dress, and they are required to wear a uniform, such uniform shall be provided, maintained, and laundered in accordance with Clause 23 (Laundry Allowance).
DRESS AND PRESENTATION STANDARDS. (a) Bunnings takes great pride in its professionalism and superior product and service. An extension of Bunnings professionalism is the requirement that team members must always present themselves in a neat, tidy and business- like manner.
DRESS AND PRESENTATION STANDARDS. 37.1 The Company, having regard to the nature of the industry, the work to be performed and the comfort of the employee, shall have the right to determine a code of dress for each employee including colour of clothing.
37.2 The Company image is an important responsibility borne by all employees. To this end, when at work, employee's presentation, grooming and dress shall be in a neat, tidy, business like manner at all times.
37.3 All employee who, without due cause, is not satisfactorily dressed when in attendance at the workplace may be directed to cease work without pay until such time as the employee is dressed to the required standard.
37.4 The Company shall not be harsh or unreasonable in applying clause 37.3 above.
37.5 The Company shall not require an employee to dress in a revealing or indecent manner that would cause the employee embarrassment.
37.6 Where an employee is required to wear a uniform, such uniform shall be provided and maintained and laundered by the Company at the Company's expense.
37.7 Any unresolved dispute on dress requirement may be referred to the Commission for resolution.
37.8 The wage rates specified in Clause 5.4 incorporate a component for the provision of clothing.

Employees will be notified of the approved uniform at the commencement of employment. All other Employees shall be required to dress in a professional neat and tidy manner. 4.11.3 Where a team member chooses not to wear preferred dress, and they are required to wear a uniform, such uniform shall be provided, maintained, and laundered by Target at Target’s expense.
4.11.4 Where there is mutual agreement between Target and the team member that the team member shall launder such uniform, or where Target refuses, neglects or fails to launder the uniform, an allowance as prescribed in clause 5.2 shall apply in each stipulated State.

4.11.4 Where a team member chooses not to wear preferred dress, and they are required to wear a uniform, such uniform shall be provided, maintained, and laundered by the Company at its expense.
