Classification Review Process. 1. The process of a classification review shall be available to an organization if the organization considers that a position has been improperly classified by the Classification & Organizational Design Division of the Human Resource Secretariat. The process of review and/or appeal pursuant to these procedures shall be available to any employee who considers that their position has been improperly classified by the Classification & Organizational Design Division of the Human Resource Secretariat. 2. If the employee separates from the organization for a reason other than dismissal for cause, the employee may request the difference in pay as a result of an outstanding classification review but would not be entitled to a further review or appeal; or if the permanent head, in the case of an organization request for review, requests in writing the withdrawal of the request for review. 5. All documents relating to a classification review shall be maintained by the Classification & Organizational Design Division. Copies of such classification review materials shall be provided to the Classification Appeal Adjudicator upon its request.
