Classification Standards. a. Title 5 positions will be classified by comparing the duties, responsibilities, and supervisory relationships in the official position description with the appropriate classification and job-grading standard. b. The Employer will apply newly issued OPM classification and job grading standards within a reasonable period of time as established by OPM. The Union will be notified when new standards are issued.

C. The Department will provide the Union with copies of any Department guidance provided to OPM in connection with any classification standards.
