Full-Time/Part-Time. In the event that the status of a part time employee is changed by NAV CANADA to that of a full time employee, the employee’s seniority as a part time employee shall be recognized on the basis of 50% of his or her continuous service as a part time employee.
Full-Time/Part-Time. If a part-time employee moves to a full-time position her seniority as a part-time employee will be recognized on the basis of one hundred (100%) percent credit on the calculation of her full-time seniority.
Full-Time/Part-Time. Status of position shall have no bearing on seniority placement. Full-time and part-time status shall be listed together on one (1) department seniority list. In the event of a change in status, seniority shall remain intact and without change. This is in accordance with Section II of this policy and past practice.
Full-Time/Part-Time. A. Full-time members shall be those who are contracted to work one thousand two hundred fifty (1,250) hours or more in a work year.
B. Part-time members shall be those who are contracted to work less than one thousand two hundred fifty (1,250) hours in a work year.
C. Any member who was considered full time by virtue of working six (6) hours or more per day and contracting to work a minimum of one hundred eighty-seven (187) days/or more work a year as of June 30, 2003, will continue to be eligible for all benefits provided to full-time members.
Full-Time/Part-Time. For the purposes of Article 14.10 the hours for the normal seven and one-half hour tours are: Day Shift - 0730 - 1530 Evening Shift - 1530 - 2330 Night Shift - 2330 - 0730
Full-Time/Part-Time. The Hospital recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for all registered nurses and nurses with a temporary certificate of registration engaged to work in a nursing capacity by the Queensway Carleton Hospital save and except Head Nurses, persons above the rank of Head Nurse, Staff Development Officer, Quality Control Nurse, Employee Health Nurse, and Discharge Planner. Full-Time/Part-Time. 12.1 A full-time bargaining Unit Member shall be defined as anyone working 6.75 hours or more per day and thirty-two (32) hours or more per week.
Full-Time/Part-Time. The working schedule, including standby, shall be posted on the bulletin boards at least four (4) weeks in advance and cover a six (6) week period. Requests for changes to the working schedule prior to posting shall be submitted in writing at least ten (10) days in advance of the posting, if possible.
