Full-Time/Part-Time. In the event that the status of a part time employee is changed by NAV CANADA to that of a full time employee, the employee’s seniority as a part time employee shall be recognized on the basis of 50% of his or her continuous service as a part time employee.

Full-Time/Part-Time. ‌ If a part-time employee moves to a full-time position her seniority as a part-time employee will be recognized on the basis of one hundred (100%) percent credit on the calculation of her full-time seniority.
Full-Time/Part-Time. Status of position shall have no bearing on seniority placement. Full-time and part-time status shall be listed together on one (1) department seniority list.
