Common use of Claw Back Policy Clause in Contracts

Claw Back Policy. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, the Participant’s right to receive and retain this Option, to receive or retain any Option Shares and to retain any profit or gain realized by the Participant in connection with the sale or holding of the Option Shares, is subject to any applicable clawback or recoupment policies, share trading policies, and other policies that may be implemented by the Board from time to time with respect to officers of the Corporation.
